Ms Health Care

Jeni Neighbors is a Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetes Educator. She provides diabetes education to both the inpatient and outpatient populations at Great Plains Health. Jeni was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child and has made it her mission to educate and support individuals living with this disease.

 

Jeni was born and raised in south central Kansas. She moved to North Platte in January 2019 to pursue a diabetes educator position at Great Plains Health and to share her knowledge of diabetes with the hospital and clinic. She is the proud mom to a goofy labradoodle named Hershey. In her spare time, she absolutely loves spending time with and spoiling her niece, Collins.

 

Jeni wants to be a part of the Ms. Habitat Competition to push herself out of her comfort zone, to meet people and most of all to have fun.
