Ms. Business

Gina King is a licensed cosmetologist and has owned A Cut Above Salon & Spa for 24 years.  She attended Mid-Plains Community College after high school to pursue an accounting degree and then Joseph’s College of Cosmetology.  Gina enjoys “nerding out” with numbers as well as working full time behind the chair taking care of her customers. 

 

When asked to help fund raise for the Habitat organization it was an easy yes.  Gina knows first hand how much time, hard work and effort that is put forth by the recipient of a Habitat home as house #52 is owned by someone special to her.  She is looking forward to sharing what Habitat for Humanity is all about. 

 

Gina loves spending her free time with her niece, nephews and their children.  She also enjoys travel and will usually be found with her furry sidekick, Stella.
